THE BOWL 13TH CENTURY, SYRIA, THE TILE 12TH CENTURY, KASHAN, IRAN
The fritware bowl with white slip decorated with black paint, the interior with a central roundel containing a palmette within a triangle (with some areas of iridescence, one hairline crack), the tile white slip, with moulded design of a gazelle against a background of a tree with a thin blue border and splashes of blue and turquoise (repaired breaks)
