Lot Essay

These "logic modules" were designed to suggest solid-state memory cards, a precursor to the "microtape" props used in the original series. In fact, the circuit portion of these props is the same size as the original series props. The labeled "handle" on each module was loosely inspired by the HAL-9000 memory blocks in 2001: A Space Odyssey.
