Lot Essay

"Ares" is another name for Mars. In real life, it's also the name of the new rocket boosters that NASA is building to replace the space shuttle. Ares I rockets will send astronauts to the International Space Station. Later, in concert with the giant Ares V boosters, they will send astronauts back to the moon, then on to Mars and beyond.
