DeForest Kelley wore this jacket at the end of Star Trek: The Motion Picture when McCoy and company met Voyager, and also later when they returned to the Enterprise. Except, that is, for one shot. If you look carefully at the movie's ending scene on the bridge, there's a shot where McCoy and Spock have exchanged jackets. (You can tell, because of the color of their shoulder stripes.) We have no idea why they did this.
