Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture of the movement as 1917 and its subsequent sale, after being cased in 1941, on March 12th of 1942.

Adolf Lünser, based in Berlin, retailed many high quality manufacturers of watches like Patek Philippe and A. Lange & Söhne. The firm acted as official suppliers to the German Government, including often providing senior members with gifts to be given to other political and military leaders.

To the best of our knowledge, the present watch has never been offered before publicly.
