With nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the seal of Geneva, 23 jewels, mono-metallic compensation balance, precision regulator, 8 adjustments, metal dust cover, silvered matte dial with applied Arabic and baton numerals, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minute register, outer ring calibrated for tachometer, circular water-resistant-type case, screw back, two round chronograph buttons in the band, case, dial and movement signed, dial further signed for the retailer, with 18k gold Gübelin bracelet and clasp

Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1958 and its subsequent sale on June 14, 1961.

Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 1463 in 1940 and continued its manufacture until 1965 with approximately only 285 pieces in yellow gold.
