With report CS38120 dated 14 December 2005 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that it is opinion of the Laboratory that the origin of this material would be classified as Classic Colombia and exhibits evidence of faint to moderate clarity enhancement (Oil Type Treatment Canadian Balsam). Canadian Balsam was one of the classic enhancement agents traditionally used during the early 1900's and in its current form is very stable
