Centering upon a square-cut sapphire, weighing approximately 16.68 carats, within a circular, marquise and pear-shaped diamond scalloped frame, accented by oval and circular-cut sapphires, mounted in platinum, (central sapphire interchangeable with a ring, with pendant hoop for suspension), made in 1968
