The sautoir-chain was one of the most identifiable pieces of jewelry created by the house during the 1960's and 1970's. One of their most famous models was the "Chevalerie" sautoir-chain created in 1968, which was made of gold links resembling gold nuggets or "en pépites," occasionally set with diamonds. Also signature to the piece was the ability to wear the piece in different combinations, as illustrated in this piece.
