VAN DER HOEF POTTERY CANDLESTICKS, cylindrical shape tapering to a narrow cylindrical neck with large flaring circular rim, on three flaring rectangular feet, glazed orange-brown pottery with yellow inlay decoration, the base with two narrow horizontal lines enclosing small squares, the neck with a central horizontal band of dots and triangles enclosed by two bands of narrow lines enclosing small squares, a continuous design of triangles continuing into narrow lines above small squares just below the neck (one with minor chip at rim under base and one with minor glaze chip to one foot and minor frittings to rim), both incised ontw v d Hoef and numbered 57-1 24.4 and 25.cm. high (2)
