A similar pair was sold in these Rooms, European Furniture, Works of Art, Tapestries and Carpets; including the Collection of Angus McBean, 13 September 2005, lot 831. These zinc finials were designed by McBean and made by John Glenville for the Pavilion Restaurant, Oxford Street, London.
