A PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE OCTAGONAL PLATES, EARLY QIANLONG
Enamelled at the centre with Chinese leaves, peony and bamboo amongst rockwork, the border with four flower and fruit sprays; and a saucer-dish decorated in polychrome enamels with dishes of fruit and flowers encircled by five elaborately-shaped cartouches enclosing scrolling lotus on an iron-red ground, Yongzheng -- maximum 8 7/8 in. (22.5 cm.) diam. (3)
