A Kashan turquoise glazed pottery bowl, Central Iran, 14th Century
on short foot, the interior painted in black under the glaze with a six pointed star, the sides filled with scrolling motifs, simple black dot design around the outer rim, very slight irridescence, the exterior plain, restored rim chip - 10in. (25cm.) diam.; together with a Sultanabad style bowl. (2)
