Cal. 17''' nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, gold cuvette, the engine-turned gold dial with engraved Roman numerals on blank chapter ring, blued steel moon-style hands, subsidiary seconds, finely chased and engraved scroll and foliage decorated case and bow, the hinged back centred by a blank cartouche and engraved initials LBB, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with gold dial and richly engraved back cover in 1918 and its subsequent sale on 19 September 1919. To the best of our knowledge it has never been offered in public before.
