Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming the production of the present watch with 378 diamonds of approx. 4.01 ct and 58 sapphires of approx. 16.15 ct in 1972 and its subsequent sale on 6 September 1982. Furthermore delivered with a Patek Philippe leather presentation box.

The present watch has never been offered at auction before and is furthermore the first example of a reference 4542/1 to appear in public to date.
