Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1994 and its subsequent sale on 29 July 1994.

Reference 5015 was in production from 1995 until 1999. The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 215.

The present watch has never been offered at auction before. It is thought to be one of only 13 examples of reference 5015 in platinum to appear in public to date.
