Accompanied by a Rolex brown leather presentation box.

The present model, reference 18038, is normally fitted with a gold fluted bezel. This example however has been upgraded, probably upon the original owner's request, with an original Rolex diamond-set bezel, usually reserved for reference 18048.

This watch appears to be in new old stock condition as it is still retaining the green protective label to the case back.
