Decorated in white slip covered in underglaze blue and underglaze iron-brown with The Eight Horses of Muwang frolicking, grazing and rolling beneath a tall pine tree, all reserved on a pale celadon ground, a band of European gilt and red cold-painted key scroll above and below the knopped central section and similar simple lines below the flaring rim and above the foot
