KANGXI (1662-1722)
Each painted with a large flower head with a roundel of scrolling foliage at the centre, and eight radiating petal-shaped panels, each enclosing a different flowering plant, the wide border with four peacocks alternating with pomegranates in a basket within cartouches, all reserved on a ground of scrolling chrysanthemum
