Decorated with an erotic scene also known as the 'acupuncturist', showing a half-clad couple on a blanket below a willow-tree, the sides moulded with rows of lotus petals below a keyfret-pattern band round the shaped everted rim, the exterior painted with landscapes and blossoming flowers within the lotus petals; two sets of oval cups and saucers applied with flowering branches and small animals; and a cup and saucer decorated with a mother holding a child amidst a decoration of flowers and birds, cracks and chips (8)
