With a moulded cornice of broken outline and roundel decorated frieze, fitted with adjustable shelves with downward hinging panelled doors below on a plinth base, bearing a label 'MARSH, JONES AND CRIBB, (late KENDELL & CO) No. 57074' and 'Workman Name,S Ripley', then written in pencil on various elements '57074'

The firm of Marsh & Jones,'Medieval cabinet makers',of Leeds became Marsh,Jones & Cribb in 1868. During the second half of the century they used as their designers Charles Bevan and B.J Talbert.
