FIRST EDITION, ONE OF 'A FEW AUTOGRAPHED COPIES ... PRINTED ON SPECIAL PAPER AND WITH A COLOURED TITLE PAGE. This Limited 10/6 Edition is printed on paper kindly provided by Mrs. Richard Bentley. It was recently found among the archives of the late Mr. Richard Bentley, who retired from publishing in 1898' (dustwrapper blurb); this copy is signed on the half title. Loosely inserted is a copy of John and Penelope Betjeman's printed Christmas card for 1956. (2)
