The musical arrangements for this service were sold in commemorative copies of this type very early on. This example omits the actual date of the funeral from its cover, presumably indicating it was published before the service took place. At a cost of 5/-, this example undercuts a more lavish example offered in these rooms in 2005 and which cost 10/-.
