SECOND QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
The superstructure with a pair of doors decorated with foliate wrapped baskets with pairs of perching love birds and flanked by tapering column pilasters, the fall front depicting a chariot drawn by a pair of goats and revealing a fitted rosewood-lined interior with drawers and pigeon holes and a central mirrored recess, some drawers modelled as book spines, and with two deep drawers below on square section legs
