A celadon jade brushwasher, 19th Century
formed as an open flowerhead, the high cylindrical sides with foliate rim, carved and pierced to the exterior with bamboo and flowering prunus branches, the handle carved as a chilong dragon attempting to clamber the side of the bowl, with further flowering sprays, wood stand; and a smaller flower formed jade brushwasher, the exterior carved with flowerheads and leafy stems, wood stand - 5 7/8in. (15cm) wide max. (2)
