A Nepalese bronze figure of Vairocana, 15th/16th Century
the Dhyani Buddha seated in dhyanasana on a triangular double lotus base, his hands in dharmachakra mudra, the gesture of teaching, wearing a dhoti with folded pleats, beaded jewellery, armlets, bracelets and large foliate roundel earrings - 9½in. (24cm) high.
