A Tibetan gilt bronze figure of Shakyamuni, 16th Century
seated in dyanasana on a shaped lotus base, his right hand in the earth touching gesture bhumisparsa mudra, the other held to his lap holding a globular urn, wearing a samgati over his left shoulder with incised foliate border detail, a line of calligraphy to the reverse of the base of the figure - 7in. (7.8cm) high.
