A celadon glazed vase, 19th Century
of pear shape, with four moulded concentric bands and a pair of horned mythical elephantine beast handles applied at the shouders, holding a ring with their trunks, supported on a splayed foot, covered overall with a pale celadon glaze except for the unglazed rims, underglaze blue six-character Yongzheng mark within a double circle -- 10 1/8in. (25.7cm.) high.
