A fine white jade carving of an ox group, 18th/19th Century
the recumbent mother crisply carved, its head supported by one leg and holding a ruyi-spray in its closed mouth, its young running to one side standing on the trailing ruyi, the stone with light mottling and russet inclusions - 3¾in. (9.5cm.) long max.
