LATE 18TH-EARLY 20TH CENTURY, PRINTED AND PAINTED MARKS FOR ALEXANDER II AND NICHOLAS II
The Gardner plate painted in the Meissen style with sprigs and a central bouquet; the first cavier dish printed and gilt with the crowned monogram, with diaper-panel border and scroll-moulded thumbpiece, the second of shell form decorated with twin-headed Imperial eagle
The plate 9 1/8 in. (23.2 cm.) diam. (3)
