This watch is accompanied by the original Patek Philippe presentation box with outer packaging, Certificate of Origin dated 10 December 1997, Attestation, Certificate for the watch movement, Booklet, silver presentation medallion and leather wallet.

The Pagoda model was specially produced in 1997 to celebrate the inauguration of Patek Philippe's new watchmaking centre in Geneva. The reference 5500 was produced in a limited edition of 1100 examples in yellow gold, 500 in pink gold, 250 in white gold and 150 in platinum and the reference 4900 was produced in a limited edition of 500 examples in yellow gold, 150 in pink gold and 100 in white gold.
