Louis Lazare HOCHE, general. Letter signed, Bliscartes, 9 December 1793, ordering General Capoines to advance on the gorge of Wissembourg [where on 26 December Hoche was to drive back the Prussian army], half page, folio;
Jean-Baptiste KLEBER, general. Document signed, Cairo, 14 February 1800, an authority for the replacement of uniforms lost in the capture of El Arish [which the French captured after a siege of 11 days on 19 February 1799], one page, folio;
François Joseph LEFEBVRE, Marshal of France. Letter signed to a German prince, Darmstadt, 10 June 1806, concerning the apprehension of a man involved in a violent assault on five French soldiers at 'Wersau', 3 pages, folio;
