[Isole Britanniche] in 3 parts, and Oxoniae, atque Cantabridgiae... in 2 parts, bound as follows: [Inghilterra]: engraved royal arms, oval portrait of Queen Anne after Kneller (1702), folding map of London, 20 single-page plates with views and maps including 6 folding; part-title 'Irlanda', armorial plate, royal portrait (repeat), folding map of Ireland (Irelanda, Parte Meridionale), text leaf, 7 maps, including 2 folding; part-title 'Cambridge', two plates, half-title, and 22 plates including 2 folding; title 'Oxoniae, atque Cantabrigiae Universitates', 2 part-titles, royal portrait (repeat) and 41 plates including 12 folding (one torn across with loss), part-title 'La Scozia', armorial, folding map of Scotland in two parts ('Parte Meridionale' and 'Parte Settentrionale') and 34 plates, map of Candia (a few repaired tears, occasional light spotting or dampstaining, final plate repaired with loss). Contemporary calf (rebacked, corners restored).

A rare composite Coronelli atlas, combining maps, plans, bird's eye views and elevations from his Isole Britanniche, part of the Teatro della Guerra (1706-7), with those of Oxford and Cambridge and their universities, the plans of Oxford after David Loggan's Oxonia Illustrata, 1675), with two views of the interior of the Bodleian Library. The British Library holds a copy of the Isole, containing 80 leaves of plates. The map of London, cited in Howgego (no. 37), was published in Coronelli's Citta, fortezze, isole, e porti principali dell'Europa (1689).
