THE NETHERLANDS -- ALLARD, HUGO (d.1691)
Hollandia Amsterdam: 1665. Engraved map of the Netherlands, 420 x 560mm. The map showing the Netherlands oriented East/West, borders decorated with 34 shields, and 11 inset roundel views of the towns of Holland. (The map browned, with a few stains to margins, clean tear at lower fold, several small holes.)

Hand-coloured engraved map, 490 x 590mm, wide margins, deckle edges; together with 5 other hand-coloured 18th century maps of the Netherlands including Lotter, XVII Provinciarum; P.Schenk (after Visscher), Belgium foederatum; Homann Heirs, Tabula comitatus Hollandiae, 1733; and two uncoloured maps; Blaeu, Novus XVII Inferioris Germaniae Provinciarum typus and David Funcke XVII Provinciarum.
