Transisalania Provincia vulgo Over-Yessel. Deventer: Jan De Lat, 1743. Hand-coloured engraved wallmap of Over-Yessel, on four sheets joined 855 x 1420mm, with two letterpress sheets added along left and right margins for the Korte Beschryvinge van de Provincie van Over-Yssel door Wilhelmnagge, (A small tear with loss on the map and two larger tears with loss to the text.)
A VERY ATTRACTIVE MAP based on an earlier map by Nicolas Ten-Have that is very rare to find with its explanation text joined. Together with a double-sheet map of the town of Bergen op Zoom and the fortress of Steenberguen by Matthäus Seutter in contemporary colour and an hand-coloured Kaarte van de respective Polders Mase en Achterdyken... in der Quartiere van Maasland, gelegen aan de rivier de Mase by Nicholas Visscher.
