Tasting Note: Certainly a rather untypical Yquem. Odd, scented, petrolly, boiled salmon. Pineapple husk and of course barley sugar. On the palate, spicy, high acidity, hot, lean, strangely scented. Old straw gold and refreshing. ** M.B.
