The child god depicted nude, seated atop a lotus blossom with his knees drawn in, his left hand resting on his knee, his right hand bent at the elbow, his forefinger raised to his chin, wearing a nemes headcloth adorned with the side lock of youth and a uraeus, and surmounted by a hemhem-crown, with an incised broad collar and pendants suspended from a cord, the lotus with incision delineating the overlapping petals, on a cylindrical shaft with a rounded molding at the base, two petals with an incised hieroglyphic inscription reading: "Harpokrates Isis" and "Chief Doorkeeper of Isis," the donor's name not preserved
