The interior decorated in repoussé, a bird in profile to the left in the center, the details incised, the up-raised tail with hooked feathers, the surrounding decoration including gilt heart-shapes, four wavy bands (three gilt) on each long end, and four repoussé crosses (three gilt), with a band of gilt interlocking crescents below the rim
