Formed from a hollow tubular hoop with a hook and loop at one end, the lower portion decorated on one side with granulation, concentric bands forming a crescent attached below, including rows of granulation, filigree ropes, filigree circles centered by granules, and filigree guilloche, all interspersed with flat bands, filigree triangles along the lower edge, each with a spherical terminal, with three large spheres on each end of the crescent, ornamented with granulation clusters on one side
