Tasting Note: The Penning-Roswells' '10-year' first growth tasting at which it showed off its richness of bouquet and flavour. Yet still youthful looking, with a rich, toasty nose which reminded me of warm tea, and after an hour, 'sodden wholemeal biscuits'. Palate full of fruit, delicious flavour, easy to drink. Last tasted July 1998 M.B.
