QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY

Finely carved in the round as a recumbent phoenix grasping a leafy spray of peaches in its beak, the wings detailed with feathers and archaistic motifs, the tail depicted with long curly feathers, the stone of an even pale celadon tone
