Another picture of a Pekingese dated 1910 by Rosseau belonged to Mrs. Walter M. Jeffords and was illustrated in William Secord's, Dog Painting 1840-1940, Woodbridge, 1992, p. 324. This was sold at Christie's, New York, 5 December 2005, lot 39 ($10,800).
