Ce bol fut offert à la Reine Liliuokalani à l'occasion de son cinquantième anniversaire. Il fut réalisé par John Daniel Wicke (1866-1904), qui était le fils du célèbre ébéniste allemand, Johann Wicke. This bowl was presented to Queen Liliuokalani on the occasion of her fiftieth birthday . It was carved by John Daniel Wicke (1866-1904), the son of the famous German cabinet maker, Johann Wicke.
