The patent falling-block action with integral triggerguard-underlever and set-trigger, the action body, breech-block and furniture, profusely relief engraved with best bold acanthus-scrollwork on a matt ground, signed K. HUNT, bright coin finish overall, highly figured stock with butt-plate, the hand and forend with ornate border chequering, sling swivels, octagonal barrel with open sight and ramp mounted blade foresight, the sight rib mounted with a Zeiss 6x42 telescopic sight in quickly detachable mounts
