A FINE 12 BORE SIDELOCK EJECTOR GUN BY J. WOODWARD & SONS, NO. 5556
Fine scroll engraving, polished action, gold inlaid frog-eyed cocking indicators, automatic "T-bar" safety, arcaded fences, side clips, replacement chopper lump barrels by James Purdey & Sons, the game rib engraved with their details, gold inlaid "3" to forend, rib and top-lever, well figured pistol grip replacement stock possibly by the Maker
Weight 7lbs., 15½in. stock including 1½in. extension, 28in. barrels, choke ¼ & ½, 2½in. chambers, nitro proof
