Shaped circular, the centre painted with a view of the Kremlin across the River Moskva from the opposite bank, by V. Stoletov, in a gilt band with ciselé decoration, the border with partly raised gilt foliate scrolls on white ground, within the shaped and gilded rim, signed and marked in Cyrillic under base
