The hemispherical bowl on circular foot, enamelled around the outer rim with a Russian adage, the raised centre with guilloché enamelled trefoil leaves, with blue enamel arabesques to the shaped handle, marked under handle

The Russian adage reads Good to whoever drinks and can hide his drunkenness.
