etching, circa 1631, a very good impression of the second state (of three), before the plate was cut down to an oval, printing with good contrasts, watermark Eagle, with thread margins, minor, skilful repairs on the reverse at the lower sheet corners, very pale discoloration at the upper sheet corners, otherwise in good condition
