An eye-patch, the eye cover of stiffened, shaped card covered with black linen, with black leather strap -- made for John Wayne as Marshall Rooster Cogburn in the 1969 Paramount film, True Grit; accompanied by a typescript letter, signed, from John Wayne on personalised stationery, 4th November, 1975, confirming the provenance, with corresponding envelope; and a reproduction of a black and white still of John Wayne as Rooster Cogburn -- 10x8in.
