Lot Essay

This crossbow is used in the sequence towards the climax of the film as Bond [Roger Moore] and Melina infiltrate Kristatos's [Julian Glover] supposedly impenetrable hideout in a monastery at the top of a mountain where he is holding the ATAC device to hand over to the Russians, but Bond destroys it before the Russain General Gogol can take possession of it.
